Internet Marketing is the process of marketing your brand, product and/ or services over the internet media. Yeah, I'm completely sure. The only thing that ever gets my full attention in life is roleplaying and all the ones I'm in, creatively speaking anyway, I can think of this version of Even Angels as being something like an alternate telling of it. Two potential tellings of a story that have the same basis, but play out differently.
Both are accurate, but are just different. Actually, it sounds a lot of fun when I think of it like that, seeing what'll happen with Arcelia and different characters with this is interesting to me. :3

XD Everything else keeps going up and way beyond that. ^-^;; I'm going through another phase where most everything I write comes out rather long-winded. I tend to dwell upon my characters and take in as much observation I think they could make throughout a moment in a scene. >.> Sometimes it might be a wee bit much.

Background: Assessment of fitness-to-practice of health professionals trained overseas and who wish to practice in Australia is undertaken by a range of organisations. These organisations conduct assessments using a range of methods. However there is very little published about how these organisations conduct their assessments. The purpose of the current paper is to investigate the methods of assessment used by these organisations and the issues associated with conducting these assessments. Methods: A series of semi-structured interviews was undertaken with a variety of organisations who undertake assessments of overseas-trained health professionals who wish to practice in Australia. Content analysis of the interviews was used to identify themes and patterns. Results: Four themes were generated from the content analysis of the interviews: (1) assessing; (2) process; (3) examiners; and (4) cost-efficiency. The themes were interconnected and each theme also had a number of sub-themes. Conclusions: The organisations who participated in the present study used a range of assessment methods to assess overseas trained health professionals. These organisations also highlighted a number of issues, particularly related to examiners and process issues, pre- and post-assessment. Organisations demonstrated an appreciation for ongoing review of their assessment processes and incorporating evidence from the literature to inform their processes and assessment development.

Guantanamo's last Western detainee returned to Canada
WINNIPEG, Manitoba (Reuters) - The youngest prisoner and last Westerner held in the Guantanamo military base, Omar Khadr, was sent to finish his sentence in his native Canada on Saturday, the Canadian government said.
Canadian Public Safety Minister Vic Toews said that Khadr, who was a 15-year-old fighting in Afghanistan when captured in 2002, had been flown from Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, to a military base in Trenton, Ontario and transferred to the province's Millhaven maximum-security prison.
Khadr's case has been controversial both in Canada and abroad given his age when he was captured, the nature of his detention and hearing, and the reluctance of Canadian officials to accept his return.
"I am satisfied the Correctional Service of Canada can administer Omar Khadr's sentence in a manner which recognizes the serious nature of the crimes that he has committed and ensure the safety of Canadians is protected during incarceration," Toews said in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
A U.S. war crimes tribunal in 2010 sentenced Khadr, now 26, to 40 years in prison, although he was expected to serve just a few more years under a deal that included his admission he was an al Qaeda conspirator who murdered a U.S. soldier.
Khadr pleaded guilty in 2010 to charges that included murdering American Army medic Christopher Speer with a grenade in a 2002 firefight, conspiring with al Qaeda to commit terrorist acts, making roadside bombs to target U.S. troops in Afghanistan, spying on American military convoys and providing material support for terrorism.
Khadr was the first person since World War Two to be prosecuted in a war crimes tribunal for acts committed as a juvenile. He was the youngest prisoner still at Guantanamo, but younger boys were previously held there.
Canadian-born Khadr was taken to Afghanistan by his father, a senior al Qaeda member who apprenticed the boy to a group of bomb makers who opened fire when U.S. troops came to their compound. Khadr was captured in the firefight, during which he was blinded in one eye and shot twice in the back.

"He's finding it hard to believe that this has finally happened," said John Norris, one of Khadr's lawyers, according to a Canadian Press report. "His spirits are good. He is very, very happy to be home."
In a written statement, Toews said Canada received Khadr's application for transfer from the United States on April 13, 2012. He said U.S. officials assured Canada it would receive a videotape copy of an interview with Khadr, but it, along with other videotapes of interviews and unedited reports, was not sent until this month.
Former Canadian ambassador Gar Pardy, however, said Canada's Conservative government, which cultivates an image of being tough on crime, dragged out the transfer.
"I think the government was mainly very mean-spirited in how it handled the case," Pardy said to CTV News.
The Canadian Supreme Court ruled in 2010 that Canada breached Khadr's rights by sending intelligence agents to interrogate him in Guantanamo Bay in 2003 and 2004 and sharing the results with the United States. Khadr's continuing detention meant his rights were still being infringed, the judges ruled. The top court also said that Canada was not obliged to repatriate him, however.
Toews said he remains concerned that Khadr "idealizes" his father and denies Ahmed Khadr's association with al Qaeda. The Canadian public safety minister said he is also troubled by how "radicalized" Khadr has become from his time in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Guantanamo Bay.
The U.S. Department of Defense confirmed that it transferred Khadr to Canada, leaving 166 detainees at Guantanamo.
In the 2008 presidential election campaign, President Barack Obama promised to close the Guantanamo prison during his term, but that pledge has gone unfulfilled amid security concerns among Americans and opposition from Congress, which enacted laws making it more difficult to transfer prisoners from Guantanamo.
The transfer represents progress, but the Guantanamo prison should close immediately, said Suzanne Nossel, Amnesty International USA's executive director.
Canadian authorities should also investigate Khadr's allegations of torture while in the prison, she said.
"Canada now has the chance to right some of these wrongs."
Khadr's sentence will expire on October 30, 2018.

cant access wordpress wp-login.php from within facebook app
been busting my nut for hours here trying to figure this out.
I deleted Wordpress and started afresh and even created another new app on Facebook but still the issue remains.
I have set up a Facebook app which points to my Wordpress site. all parts of the site work except I cannot click the register or login buttons. If i log in from outside Facebook and refresh the Facebook app/page then i appear logged in and can do what I want, including log out.
any ideas please? I've spent hours and hours trying to figure this out now, and unfortunately most google searches think I am talking about 3rd parts Facebook connect plugins, which I'm not.

Sharp is finally speeding up its screen production for the iPhone 5. Or, maybe it's been holding steady all along, as Sharp told Reuters?on?Friday that it's producing ?adequate volumes? of iPhone 5 screens. A company executive said that concerns over its production are not exactly?accurate. ?
To quickly recap,?Apple relies on a couple of different manufacturers for its iPhone 5 screen supply, Sharp being one of them. Plenty of reports surfaced over the past few weeks (even before the iPhone 5 launch) that Sharp was behind in production, and supposedly didn't even begin shipping materials until the phone's debut.?Not only that, but Sharp has pretty much gotten all of the blame for the shortage of iPhone 5 stock.?
Not that the shortage has had any real negative impact on Apple at all (Maps did, but that's another story). The company still managed to sell over five?million units of its new iPhone 5 during their first weekend on the market.
And now it looks like those left out in the cold will soon be able to score Apple's new smartphone. The Cupertino, Calif.-based company is still planning its global roll-out schedule. iPhone 5 is slated to hit 22 new markets on Friday, along with a number of U.S. regional carriers.

My precious niece Jamie and her hubby (my nephew !) Trey are pregnant and due in November! Baby Mason Lee is much loved already and my sister Deb threw a great baby shower for Mason that I have to show you! The theme was the same as baby Mason?s nursery, vintage airplanes.
I?ve been wondering what Jamie and Trey would choose for their nursery, since Trey is a firefighter, a pilot and a musician I thought maybe it would be one of those themes!

French budget heavy on taxes, could hurt Hollande
PARIS (AP) ? France's new budget may be the worst of both worlds. It lacks the serious spending cuts that economists say are needed to put the country on a path to growth ? but also doesn't unleash the wave of stimulus that voters expected from their Socialist president, Francois Hollande.
The 2013 budget includes his infamous pledge to tax the ultra-rich at 75 percent, and it meets an important requirement: It will reduce France's deficit to 3 percent of its gross domestic product, a major Hollande campaign promise and the level that will halt the rising tide of the country's enormous debt.
But it's not making anyone happy.
French workers who are watching factories close and unemployment climb say Hollande is not doing enough to stop either event. Hollande may have spared his countrymen the massive budget cuts that neighbors Spain and Italy are enforcing, but people are still turning against him.
After a brief honeymoon following his May election, Hollande has seen his popularity slump right along with France's economy. Two polls this month, by Ifop and BVA, showed most respondents are unhappy with the job that Hollande is doing.
The reasons they gave varied widely, from those who say he's not doing enough to reform France to those who say he's not doing enough to make it a fairer place.
The budget also represents a major backtrack for Hollande, who won the presidency by campaigning against the kind of Europe-wide austerity championed by his conservative predecessor Nicolas Sarkozy and German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
On the other hand, economists say Hollande is just eking by with this budget and that drastically raising taxes does nothing to improve France's global competitiveness, which is fading fast. Business leaders complain he'll scare away both the rich and the investment the country desperately needs.
"France is sick from a model that isn't viable," said Guillaume Carou, CEO of Didaxis and president of the Club of Entrepreneurs, which represents 15,000 small businesses. "But (the government has) chosen to keep it, that's what the 2013 budget reveals."
The government's budget ? which relies heavily on tax hikes to fill a ?30 billion ($38.8 billion) hole and rein in the deficit a bit ? also lacks any sweeping reforms of France's labor market.
Finance Minister Pierre Moscovici rejected such criticisms.
"To those who say to us, 'there are no cuts in this law,' these numbers constitute a formal denial," he told reporters. "Spending cuts assume reforms ... which take time."
The problem is that France may be running out of time.
The French economy, the second-largest among the 17 countries that use the euro, has not grown for three straight quarters, the national statistics agency confirmed Friday. Its GDP stands at ?1.8 trillion ($2.2 trillion). Unemployment has been on the rise for more than a year and stands at 10.2 percent.
If France doesn't drastically reduce its debt ? which is more than 90 percent of its GDP ? and dramatically loosen its labor market quickly, growth will likely continue to slide. Italy, Spain and Greece ? which are using the crisis to modernize their economies ? could eventually pull investment away from France.
To restart growth, France needs to both dramatically reduce its spending and lower its tax burden, one of the highest in the world, economist Marc Touati said.
"Either France finds growth and modernizes its economy in order to cut unemployment, or it continues to be in denial and unemployment will explode," he said.
If investors think France isn't doing enough to clean up its act, they'll start charging the country more to lend to it.
The budget shows the perverse way in which France has benefited from the debt crisis plaguing the eurozone. Because France has been considered a relatively safe haven among the mess, its borrowing rates are historically low and dropping. And the 2013 budget made use of that: The assumption is that the average interest rate for next year will be lower than the one for this year. That netted the government around ?2 billion ($2.6 billion) ? for nothing.
While the budget makes ?10 billion ($12.9 billion) in cuts ? in everything from administrative costs to the defense budget ? it actually holds next year's spending even with this year's. The cuts were necessary because spending would have automatically increased because of salary hikes and inflation.
It also levies a series of taxes, mostly on the rich and big companies.
The most famous is a 75-percent tax on income earned over ?1 million ($1.3 million). At the moment the current top rate of tax is 41 percent. The measure, which will run for two years, is largely symbolic ? it would only hit a tiny number of people and barely make a dent in the deficit, bringing in an estimated ?100 million to ?300 million a year? but it has caused fears that the rich would flee France for friendly tax climates.
There are other measures that also hit the rich and large businesses, like increases in the capital gains taxes and a bigger bite for companies that distribute profits in dividends. Many voters see these as a good thing that the well-off take a disproportionate share of the tax burden.
Companies, however, complain that these measures penalize the very people who could reduce unemployment.
Prime Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault rejected that characterization, insisting that the budget would win the battle against unemployment.
"It's a budget that aims to inspire confidence and to break the debt spiral that keeps growing and growing," he said after it was presented to the Cabinet.
The budget is built around an expectation of 0.8 percent growth for next year. If growth misses the projections, more cuts could be needed later.
Moscovici conceded that most economists predict the French economy will grow just 0.5 percent, but said if the European debt crisis stabilizes, France would meet its targets.

Delhi Half Marathon: Defending champ Benti eyes course record
New Delhi, Sep 27
Airtel Delhi Half Marathon's defending champion Lelisa Desisa Benti of Ethiopia is aiming to break the course record here Sunday in the elite men's category.
Benti clocked his personal best 59.30 minutes last year winning the 21-km race in November. But this time the 22-year-old is chasing the course record of 59.15 set in 2008 by compatriot Deriba Merga.
"I will aim to smash the course record and in the process I will also try to go for the world record. It will be tough but let's see. A lot depends on the temperature and conditions on Sunday," said Benti here Thursday.
There is an added incentive too for breaking the course record. Apart from the regular earnings, a $10,000 prize money will be given for a new course record.
Benti had been training in Addis Ababa for the past few weeks and this will be his first road race of the year.
Benti's fellow competitor Chebii Ezekiel Kiptoo of Kenya is also a favourite to take the totle.
However, the 21-year-old Kenyan recently recovered from Typhoid and does not believe the illness will hamper his race. He is also planning to run the full marathon from 2013.
Ezekiel believes that the track record is very much within reach.
"My target is to get the track record. However, it will depend on that day whether the conditions will be good or not," said the Kenyan.
Among the women, the Ethiopian challenge will be led by Aselefech Mergia who will be running her seventh Delhi Half Marathon in a row.
The 27-year-old won twice in 2008 and 2010 with a personal best timing of 1:08.1.

Genetic sleuthing uncovers deadly new virus in Africa
ScienceDaily (Sep. 27, 2012) ? An isolated outbreak of a deadly disease known as acute hemorrhagic fever, which killed two people and left one gravely ill in the Democratic Republic of Congo in the summer of 2009, was probably caused by a novel virus scientists have never seen before.
Described this week in the open-access journal PLoS Pathogens, the new microbe has been named Bas-Congo virus (BASV) after the province in the southwest corner of the Congo where the three people lived.
It was discovered by an international research consortium that included the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) and University of California, Davis (UCD), Global Viral, the Centre International de Recherches M?dicales de Franceville in Gabon, the Institut National de Recherche Biom?dicale, Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Metabiota and others.
"Known viruses, such as Ebola, HIV and influenza, represent just the tip of the microbial iceberg," said Joseph Fair, PhD, a co-author and vice president of Metabiota. "Identifying deadly unknown viruses, such as Bas-Congo virus, gives us a leg up in controlling future outbreaks."
"These are the only three cases known to have occurred, although there could be additional outbreaks from this virus in the future," said Charles Chiu, MD, PhD, an assistant professor of laboratory medicine at UCSF and director of the UCSF-Abbott Viral Diagnostics and Discovery Center, who spearheaded the UCSF effort to identify the virus. Chiu and his team continue to work on new diagnostics to detect the virus so that health officials in Congo and elsewhere can quickly identify it should it emerge again.
One odd characteristic of the Bas-Congo virus, Chiu said, is that while a number of other viruses in Africa also cause deadly outbreaks of acute hemorrhagic fever -- Ebola virus, Lassa virus and Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever virus to name a few -- the new virus is unlike any of them.
Genetically it is more closely related to the types of viruses that cause rabies, which are known to infect people with a very different sort of disease -- a neurological illness that is uniformly fatal if untreated but may take months to develop.
An antibody test developed in this study was applied to the one patient who survived and to others who had come into contact with him. It suggested that the disease may be spread from person to person but likely originated from some other source, such as an insect or rodent.
The identity of this animal "reservoir" and the precise mode of transmission for the virus remain unclear and are currently being investigated by Metabiota and the central African members of the consortium through the PREDICT Project of USAID's Emerging Pandemic Threats Program. How the New Virus Emerged
In the summer of 2009, a 15-year old boy in a small rural community called Mangala village suddenly fell ill and developed a bleeding nose, bleeding gums and bloody vomit. He rapidly worsened, dying within three days of the first signs of illness.
A week later, a 13-year old girl who attended the same school and lived in the same neighborhood as the boy came down with a similar, serious illness. She declined just as rapidly and also died within three days. One week after that, the male nurse who cared for this girl began showing the same symptoms, and he was transferred to a hospital in Boma, a nearby port city that sits along the Congo River upstream from Africa's Atlantic coast.
Members of the consortium, who had initiated a project to diagnose unusual cases of severe hemorrhagic fever, obtained blood samples collected from the nurse by the Congolese doctors and sent them to the laboratory of Eric Leroy, PhD, doctor of veterinary medicine at the Centre International de Recherches M?dicales de Franceville in Gabon. There the samples were tested for traces of any known virus, but nothing was found. The Metabiota scientists then solicited the expertise of Chiu at UCSF and Eric Delwart at the Blood Systems Research Institute (BSRI) in San Francisco to aid in the diagnosis.
The researchers ultimately identified a completely new virus as the cause of the mysterious illness through a powerful strategy for identifying novel pathogens known as "deep sequencing," in which millions of DNA sequences are generated from a clinical sample and then pieced together using computer algorithms combined with human analysis.
Distinct Attributes of Bas-Congo
The Bas-Congo virus belongs to a family of viruses known as the rhabdoviruses, a large family of viruses that infect plants, insects and mammals, including humans. The most famous member of this family is the virus that causes rabies. But even among the rhabdoviruses, Bas-Congo is something of an outlier, being very genetically distinct from other members of the family.
What's most unusual about this virus, though, said Chiu, is what it does to people.
No other rhabdoviruses are known to cause the acute, rapid and deadly hemorrhagic fever seen in the three cases in the Congo. Rabies, for instance, can be a deadly disease if untreated, but the course of rabies in humans is nothing like the rapid and deadly onset seen with the Bas-Congo virus. There is some precedent, however, for hemorrhagic disease from rhabdoviruses in the animal kingdom: fish rhabdoviruses are known to cause hemorrhagic septicemia -- acute bleeding and death -- in affected fish.
The third patient had enormous amounts of BASV in his bloodstream just two days after he fell ill -- more than a million copies in every milliliter of blood.
The BASV sequence was also used to design an antibody test for the virus, an effort led by Graham Simmons at the BSRI, another member of the consortium. Antibodies are blood immune proteins produced in response to an infection. The antibody test allowed the researchers to screen both the third patient with acute hemorrhagic fever and other people who had come into contact with the third patient, including the nurse who cared for him in the Boma hospital. High levels of BASV-specific antibodies were found in the third patient, establishing that he indeed had been infected with Bas-Congo virus. The same antibodies were also found in the second nurse, even though he never actually became sick.
"What this suggests is that the disease may be transmissible from person to person -- though it's most likely to have originated from some other source," said Nathan Wolfe, PhD, founder and chairman of Global Viral, and a co-author on the paper. "The fact that it belongs to a family of viruses known to infect a wide variety of mammals, insects and other animals means that it may perpetually exist in insect or other 'host' species and was accidentally passed to humans through insect bites or some other means."
