'Name's Hughes. Like to write, read, develop plots - all that good stuff. Basically speaking I'm looking for someone or a group of people to help me come up with some kind of good story. I mention that specifically because what always happens to me is a bunch of people get together and create these really awesome characters who sit around and do nothing. It's quite sad really. I kind of have some plots buzzing around, but I'm honestly not that good at creating plots out of nothing. Once I can get my head wrapped around how a plot would start out though, I'm pretty good at developing and refining it and making it more then it was, but the initial part's kinda lost on me.
What I can offer you are characters! Characters that I've used for years now, characters that bounce around my head all day thinking of different ways they could be used. Since I don't have much to say about plot, I'll list them all here and if any of them jump out at you, hey, that's a start right? :)
I have 26 characters. I'm not going to go into them in great detail, I'm just going to put a really quick line about them. Also please note many of these were designed for a fantastical setting, but they can easily be worked into a modern setting.
Derick Erberstark: My go-to guy who's pretty easy and is very similar to me. I don't want to play with him exclusively, I use him a lot.
Danielle Erberstark: The girl I play with to help me get over my uncomfortableness of writing as a girl. To that end, Danielle is a very 'girly-girl'.
Joshua Hewitt: This guy is like an irish bandito, only cooler. He's my gambler, liar, drinker, what have you.
Kajhmajid Al?madinijiad: Kajh, for short, is an Arabic sage. He's my spiritual monk who's kind of like a wizard. Is indeed a Muslem, that's on purpose
Dume Mandragorean: Another Arabic designed guy, Dume's more of a desert barbarian. Much darker skin. He generally represents anger or brutality.
Nikolai Yasilev: A Russian scientist who knows no moral bounds. His primary reaserch initiative is the creation of human life.
Spencer Treman: A pot smoking hippie drug dealer who's also a profound genious in the field of botany.
Alexander Longshevik: A Russian hitman who works with his brother. He also serves as my 'leroy jenkins' in other situations.
Zachary Longshevik: Another Russian hitman. See above. This guy's more along the lines of the silent killer though.
Heintz Vedvik: Arrg a pirate! Heintz tends to crop up anytime an ocean is involved with my RP's. After Kajh, this guy's my longest lasting character.
Hughes Gemjager: This character was created to be a deuchbag. And a deuchbag he is.
Anya Adriane: Anya is a gentle hearted healing unit. She's not very fleshed out beyond that.
Remure Stitch: This guy can talk to rats and he's insane. Or maybe he can't actually talk to rats, we don't know. But he's rat themed.
Krav Yehuda: An israelite who's the very essence of a black ops specialist.
Howard Brown: He's a doctor of the modern sense. But he's also specialized in torture, and has an uncanny amount of mob connections.
Norman Bjorick: Norman's a viking style guy from Svalbard, where it's a legal requirement to carry a shotgun. He's basically a brawly, snow badass.
Justin Le?monge: My french character is also my gay character. NO that is not a stereotype D:
Zikligan Svikard: This guy's kind of an if. He wraps his body in wraps like a mummy and has some kind of temporal-logical erasing magic.
Romeo Azurez: A blind guy who's a pinpoint accurate archer. He's an inside joke between me and another writer, but I take him seriously :o
Kaevs Jinkourai: This guys is brand-new. He's supposed to be the mad scientist archetype, but leaning much more heavily on the insane part.
Bradley Simmons: Bradley is my king / royalty / head of house / commander-general guy. He's pretty stone cold, and is always a leader people look up to.
Haven Linda: My brand-newer character. Made because I have 19 guys and 2 girls. Not sure of what I'm really DOING with her though. I like the name on this one.
These four aren't human but by all means still viable.
Vayne: A homunculos that looks like a mutated human or some sort. He's a magic suppressor and a mute.
Wub: An entity of sound that takes the form of a hollow man covered in neon lights.
Alive: A golem created to think on it's own by Nikolai, Kajh, Kaevs, and Zeke.
Kaezah: A demon who's only real goal ever is to ruin everyone's day.
SO! PM me or reply here if you wanna RP with me! If we're going to write together, and you're having trouble with character ideas, I'd be fine with you using one of my characters (though I doubt this will be an issue, everyone has characters.)
